The Role
AI + Human Executive Assistant
This is not a basic data entry role. You will be the right hand of a founder or CEO — managing their world while using AI and GHL to deliver results at scale.
Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
Handle inbox and email management, including drafting and responding
Maintain CRM records, client data, and workflow updates in GoHighLevel
Support lead generation, follow-up tracking, and pipeline organization
Draft, organize, and repurpose content for email, social media, and marketing
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, AI Copy Tools, ChatAIBot) to improve efficiency and quality
Build, maintain, and improve systems that streamline client operations
Assist with chatbot, automation, and AI-related support tasks
Act as a dependable right hand to founders, executives, and business owners
